While having a daily routine will help you stay organised and productive, it can also start to feel dull and tiresome after awhile. Google developer Matt Cutts says you can escape that by trying something new—even something small—for 30 days.
Cutts explains that adding or subtracting something simple from your daily routine, like riding your bike to work, or taking a photo every day, can help spice it up without throwing a wrench into your daily organisation. It doesn’t need to be anything huge, either. Something small is easily sustainable, and can still help make your time more memorable, and even help you learn a thing or two about yourself.
Matt’s talk is part of the hour-long video above; fast forward to the 30 minute mark to hear it. It’s pretty interesting, and actually pretty humorous. Check it out for more info.
