Krispy Kreme has teamed up with Nutella to bring hazelnut spread-filled doughnuts to the Aussie masses. The Nutella Krispy Kremes will be available from tomorrow in two delectable flavours. Here are the details.
For a limited time only, 7-Eleven and Krispy Kreme stores will be selling two types of Nutella doughnuts: the Dipped Krispy Kreme with Nutella and the Filled Krispy Kreme with Nutella.
As its name suggests, the dipped variety comprises a classic Krispy Kreme doughnut dipped in Nutella hazelnut spread. The Filled is your typical stuffed doughnut with Nutella taking the place of jam. The Dipped version is topped with cocoa and a sprinkling of caramelised hazelnuts while the Filled comes with a drizzle of Nutella on top. (It’s okay to salivate on your keyboard. I know I am.)
While Nutella doughnuts are a proven hit in overseas markets, this is the first time Nutella has collaborated with Krispy Kremes in Australia. The doughnuts will be available nationwide in all 7-Eleven and Krispy Kreme stores for $3.50 each. (Twin packs for $6 and packs of four for $11 are also available.)
The limited-edition doughnuts will only be available until 19 June at Krispy Kreme stores. Addicts will still be able to pick them up from 7-Eleven until 3 July.

Thanks. Now I know when it will be safe to go back into the store.
And before anyone starts, I would not eat a Vegemite Krispy Kreme either.
Can see the excitement in the title, !!!!1 🙂
I tried them both, and despite loving Nutella I must admit I wasn’t impressed. Bought them after 6pm and I found them to be oily (for the lack of a better way of describing them). Maybe when they are freshly made they are better. I reckon we are just spoilt for choice these days, meaning these weren’t as great as the Nutella balls readily available from so many other stores.
Wait, what’s a Nutella ball!?
