Rosé wine is a great drink for the summertime, but you know what’s even better? An ice-cold glass of refreshing “Frosé.” Here’s how to make it.
In this video from the Cocktail Chemistry YouTube channel, you’ll learn a clever method for turning crisp, sweet wine into something that cools you off too. You’ll need some rosé wine, St. Germain liqueur, Aperol, Cointreau, lemon juice, berries, a plastic storage container, and a blender. Pour an entire bottle of your favourite rosé into the plastic container, then add 60mL of lemon juice, 60mL of Aperol, 60mL of St. Germain, and 60mL of Cointreau. Put the top on the container, mix everything up, then place the container in the freezer overnight. When you’re ready for some frosé, add a few berries to your blender, followed by your frozen mix in the container, and a little water. Blend it all up and it’s ready to serve.
