Foxtel is also adding a huge number of popular titles to its on-demand streaming. Read on to see all the content that will be added to their libraries during the month of February.

I thought one of the main reasons for Netflix original shows was that there would be no international borders and anti geo-blocking would not be needed by consumers (such as VPN, torrents etc).
Yet there is no The Expanse release date for Australia. Comes out Feb 2 in USA.
The Expanse is a tricky one. Even though it’s classed as a Netflix Original, it’s actually produced by the Syfy channel in the US. That would explain why the release dates are different.
Netflix has international distrubtion rights to the Expanse and part of that agreement could be something like “you cannot show it until the season is complete here in USA” or whatever. I think Netflix is also putting towards the show as well to help produce/create it. The deal would be very similar to the deal that they signed with ABC here in Australia
Black Mirror came out at the same time as everyone else, even though they had an exclusive deal with Channel 4 in the UK. What makes you think the release date would be different in this case?
It’d be nice if the networks would learn one day. I dare say season 2 of The Expanse will be highly pirated.
“The Expanse” Season 1 is already showing on Netflix in Australia! It’s been available for several weeks, and I’ve enjoyed watching it immensely. Season 2, starts soon, but it looks like it will air on Foxtel first. But it will appear on Netflix after the original series airs, I expect, and then we can all binge watch it…
Season 2 is on foxtel? I can’t find any info on that. Season 1 was great.
Someone said that Disney movies are coming in January and now it’s February and I still don’t see any listed.
You need to start including Amazon in your lists as well
Watch this space! 🙂
Until the apps drop for consoles, it’s not worth the effort.
Does anyone know when Vikings season 4 will be available on Netflix?
