During their E3 press event , Microsoft had a nice surprise for people looking to save money on the latest video games: Xbox Play Anywhere, which will let you buy select titles once, and play them on both Xbox One and Windows 10.

The new feature will be rolled out to more games slowly, but right now it’s focused on Microsoft’s first party titles, with third-party games coming later. Here’s a list from The Verge:
The complete list of Xbox Play Anywhere games includes the following titles:
- Forza Horizon 3
- Gears of War 4
- Halo Wars 2
- ReCore
- Scalebound
- Sea of Thieves
- State of Decay 2
- We Happy Few
Beyond this new feature, Microsoft also says they want to make a bigger push to release games on both platforms simultaneously, so PC gamers running Windows will also be able to buy and play the same games on their Xbox Ones in their living rooms — including their save games, achievements and other user-specific data. Halo!!!!
it’s an RTS, i doubt MS will ever release a real halo game on the PC
It’s an FPS, and Halo 1 was released on PC back in 2003.
