As we hunch over our computers and phones, lean forward to cook and wash dishes, and generally just continue ageing, we develop this forward-head look that’s not only unattractive but possibly damaging to our health. This video offers ways to reverse it.
Dr Paula Moore does a good job in the video of outlining simple stretches you can do, including ones that use the wall as a prop and, and “prescribing” those of us who have this “chicken head” posture work up to 10 reps four times a day.
Fixing your bad posture could prevent chronic pain or illness, so give it a try even if your neck hasn’t started sticking out that much yet.
