The web is filled with services to track your bank accounts and manage your budget, but most of them are US-centric and don’t integrate with Aussie banks. Well-regarded Australian banking and finance tool Pocketbook has added an iOS app, making it easy to check your bank balances and add transactions on the go.
The beauty of Pocketbook is that it syncs automatically with bank accounts (including all the ‘Big Four’ and most other major banks and building societies), so you don’t have to manually enter key data. The service automatically identifies key bills and alerts you when regulars are due, and categorises expenses.
The mobile version adds the ability to geo-locate individual expenses and track where you spend money, and push spending alerts out as you need them. Either way OMFG i love it, once you get over handing over your bank details (the banks should allow the ability to have alternate logins with different restrictions, so i can give them readonly access).
This is by far the best out there right now. Period.

Love this app! Just downloaded it & setup is so easy! Would love to see credit unions to be included though! And perhaps ability to sync with credit card accounts too?
