If you want to save a file from the internet to Dropbox, Google Drive or Skydrive, you usually have to download it to your computer before you can upload it into cloud storage. Save Web Files is a simple web app that cuts out that middle step.
All you need to do is enter the URL of the file you want to download, and click the cloud storage service you’re using. Save Web Files does the rest without downloading the file to your computer. This comes in handy when you’re on a machine you can’t download files to, or when you don’t want to waste the time downloading and then uploading a file.
