Absent of a link in the item above, these are my tried and tested “nature relaxation” tips
Pzizz: (the iOS app) Amazingly effective power-napping tool. Planes, Trains, Automobiles, Hotel Rooms etc… (best with headphones, earphones)
https://itunes.apple.com/au/app/pzizz-sleep/id341324632?mt=8
LIstening Earth: Simply the best quality , most genuine nature sound recordings of Earth, available on Earth. Something for everyone. Incredible value. I have many many of these recordings across the whole spectrum. Read the About and How It’s Made links of the webapge, and support these amazing Australians.

Pure Sleep Premium: Ambi Science: Don’t be fooled by the cheesy icon and look. This app is also very powerful and effective. Far more tweaks and options than Pzizz. I gravitated to Pzizz over the years for it’s pure simplicity and effectiveness. I should go back and play with Pure Sleep more.
