Being surrounded by the scent of sizzling pork belly sometimes isn’t enough for bacon lovers. If you need a good excuse to use up left-over bacon fat, kill two pigs with one stone by making bacon fat candles.

Squidoo user GetFreeRecipes shows us how to make these candles that let you pour bacon fat drippings over any food that you think needs a flavour injection.
All you need to do is pour the bacon fat into a glass container, let it cool to room temperature, put it in the fridge for several hours, and then drill a hole in the solidified fat so you can insert a wick. Just be sure to use a wick made from natural materials.
